Poor service Maanica.com

Ordered dusters from them and after 12 weeks not delivered. Excuses about shipment. I asked for refund which they agreed on paying back within 7-14 workdays. Now a month later and still have not received refund. No response on emails and when calling the person at the extension is never available. Will never buy from them again.
