POOR service ... Lying .. incompetence ... short delivery

STOP now ... NEVER buy from this site!!!! I wish I'd have thought of reading these reviews before buying - they all suck!! I bought a combo keyboard stand and chair. Payment was immediate, and confirmation of such from PayFast, but nothing from Manicaa - no invoice, no purchase confirmation. A day later I received a mail saying I would get more detail - never happened. Then 2 weeks a=later a mail describing delays in delivery due to COVID but promising delivery in week of 15 June 2020. No tracking number sent. I sent several mails, all of which remained unanswered. I used the online chat (which is not online much - took 45 minutes before I got a response). The people manning that chat have no clue and cannot help. At the end of week of 15th still no delivery. Several more unanswered emails, several more "online" chat complaints and eventually I received a delivery. However, only part of the purchase was delivered. When I complained they said I had not ordered the item I complained about. I took pics from their website to show them. When I eventually got a mail back they said: "What didn't you get" - This is the worst service I have EVER received!!
