Poor service from Manicaa! Don’t buy from them!

Very bad experience with Manicaa. I ordered a product and then they notified me 2 weeks later that they don’t have the product in stock but would refund me within 7 working days. 7 working days passed and I contacted them about the refund and they said no it’s 10 working days. 10 workings days passed and I contacted them about refund and then they said no it’s 15 working days. They have yet to refund me. I have asked for a manager’s contact details but they refuse to give it to me. Please don’t buy form Manicaa!
