Poor service from Manicaa

Good day, The attached note from Manicaa was received on 12 July 2021:-

OUT OF STOCK: REFUND On behalf of Manicaa, we regret to inform you that the product(s) ordered for Order ID #*** are out of stock. Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are occasions where we experience an inventory error. We have given your order our highest priority, regrettably we will not be able to fulfill your order. A full refund will be issued as soon as possible.

To date after several telephone calls not being answered as well as numerous e-mail requests, the mentioned refund has not been received.
