Poor Service Delivery by Manicaa

Placed an order on 19 January 2023. Was advised that parcel will arrive by 13 February 2023. Sent a follow up email re delivery on 23 February 2023 to which I received no response. Further emails sent on 6 March & 13 March to which I also received no response. Manicaa response on 15 March. Parcel eventually arrived on 20 March 2023.
