Poor service delivery **** Alert

I ordered from them in March and received a message saying out of stock and will give refind. I provided my details on 13 March 2023. Till today no refund just system generated e-mails that they are sorry for the delay, refund will take longer than expected. No one answers there phone line either. Very poor service I would advise everyone to stay away.
