Poor service

I ordered a product from Manicaa in July. After numerous followups, I were informed that my delivery got lost in transit. I was then promissed thata replacement will be send out. Today is the 17th of November. I again have send out numerous followups, but Manicaa is lost in translation. Currently I am so dissapointed that I fon't even want to give them 1 star.
