Poor service

I paid for a product that they then let me know that they do not have and won't be able to get it again. I could choose to either buy something els or get a refund, I followed all the steps to get a refund ,but have not gotten any responce from anybody at this company, and they also do not answer the phone at all!!the live chat option also does not work!
