POOR SERVICE

I've ordered Doglemi Washable Dog Training Pads Reusable Puppy Pee Pad 4-Layer Fast Absorb Mat with Waterproof Non-slip Bottom for Dogs Indoor Outdoor Car Travel (Beige S) on the 4th of September with a promise of 7-12day delivery. Now 10 weeks later I still haven't received my goods. I have asked them for a refund presuming they don't have it in stock but no reply.
