Poor delivery

I made an order an paid at the beginning of October. I was told that I could expect the order in about 2 weeks. Then i was emailed that it wold come in the week of 19 - 26 October. I contacted them yesterday and received an email that they were looking into it - nothing else. i am ready to file for theft.
