Poor customer service and feedback

Waited a really long time for my delivery with minimal feedback and updates from Manicaa. It was only once my bank mailed them to reverse the payment that things started to happen and my chair was delivered. I personally don't enjoy waiting 3 months for items to arrive when the company is based in SA, so I would not order from this site again. My chair did arrive eventually and is in good condition.
