Poor customer service

Placed an order on September 19 because your website showed that the product was in stock and I presumed would be delivered relatively quickly. Not so, I received an email stating that my order would only be delivered in 'the week of 5 October'; that week has passed. Your chat function is offline, calls cannot connect and e-mails are not being responded to. I see the banner on your website saying that you are receiving many emails but it's now approaching a month later and I still have no idea when my order is.

I ask that you please cancel my order and have payment refunded to my credit card, I no longer wish to proceed with this order because of the significant delay in delivery and mostly because there has been no communication from your company whatsoever.
