Poor and lack of service

on 22 June 2022 @ 10h25 my order was accepted and delivery date was not given, but shipment date was given approximately one month later. on date of shipment notification a mail was received stating the shipment was delayed for over a month. I asked why there was a delay, and to date no response to this email dated 25 July @12h33. On 28 July @13h08 a follow-up mail was sent, without a reply. At 13h24 I checked on their website and it stated that there was stock, and I included same in a mail to them. no response!follow up mails were sent on 29 July @11h50, on 02/08 @14h18 and 03/08 @approx 11h00, and no reply. is this good service? Why are they not responding to my emails? What do they want to achieve? must get concerned?
