Please refrain from purchasing from Manicaa

If I could give less stars I would. I was told my order would be dispatched in the week of 12 SEPTEMBER and that I would receive a tracking number when it was dispatched. On Thursday I emailed them to inquire about it and I got an automatic response saying they will reply to my email after 48 HOURS. It has been 72 HOURS since I have emailed them. I try calling them almost 10 times a day since Thursday and I can never get through. However, during the payment process they reply almost instantly. It's as if they just want your money and do not intend on giving you what you paid for. I do not even want to go through the refund process after reading all the reviews about how terrible they are with that as well. Please do better.
