PATHETIC SERVICE - NO REFUND YET - MANICAA

I ordered a product from Manicaa. After months of waiting, I received the wrong product. They eventually sent a courier to collect it in Sept 2020. I am STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND. When you ring the number on the website, it remains engaged. Emails upon emails sent, no reply. I hope they see this and refund my R496 paid for an incorrect item.
