PATHETIC SERVICE! NO HONESTY!

#***...The order was meant to be received on the 12th of July, no communication whatsoever yet so quick to take the payment. Then, after many complaints on multiple channels with no response, I finally got a reply on Facebook. They requested my order number (which I provided, twice) and the 2nd time around they followed that up with an email saying I'd get my order...eventually. Obviously I expressed my dissatisfaction with such a response and demanded I get a timeline. Later I received an email with a tracking number, when I clicked on the link it said Manicaa.com had canceled the courier, so guess what, still no order for me. They then sent an email saying my order will be dispatched the week of the 03rd of Aug and I will receive an email notification with the tracking number. That week is now ending and I still have not received my order or the notification with a tracking number. I requested a refund and have not even received a response on that.
