Pathetic service. No delivery on my order.

I ordered, and paid for, a s****** windshield on 27 June 2022. I heard nothing from them since. I sent an e-mail on Saturday 12 November 2022 (more than 4 months after I placed and paid for my order. I received no reply. Today I phoned them on ***, and the person who answered my call, who identified herself as Kimberley, just terminated the call. I am so regretful that I did business with them. I would not definitely recommend them.
