Pathetic service

I placed an order in June 2022, received no feedback from the company, when I inquired I received an automated reply, indicating someone will get back to me within 48 hours, which never happened, during August after I wrote a review, they emailed me and said the item is out of stock and they will process a refund, the information for the refund was send to them, however I am still awaiting the refund.
