Pathetic

Bought dumbells on the 26th May 2020. Received confirmation email. 27 May 2020 I received a cancellation notification due to items being out of stock and saying Payfast will refund me. It will take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in my account . After numerous emails , i only get automated replies , and still no refund. Pathetic service , worst ever. So sorry I never read all these complaints before making a purchase. Will never recommend them !
