Pathetic customer service

Very disappointed. I have previously used them without any issue. My last order was supposed to ship 12-19 October. I have not yet received it. I have emailed, what's apped, phoned - no response at all. The phone just cuts off and other communication goes unanswered. The website just runs a banner saying they are experiencing a high number of emails. I find the lack of response completely unacceptable - it cannot take longer than two weeks for you to tell me where my order is. In the current situation customer service is key and because of the lack of it from your side, you have lost this customer. And I do hope my order will still arrive at some point!
