Pathetic after-sales service - No Products & no feedback!

Pathetic after sales service. Products paid for, albeit a small order at first to test the platform. I am so sorry i used them before doing my research on service delivery. After my first query was answered giving an expected/approximate delivery date, nothing was delivered. Then approximately 10 days after expected delivery date, I mailed them again to follow up.....no answer at all. Now almost 2 weeks later and still no reply or product delivered. I have mailed them again today 06/04/2022 and still no answer. I will never use them again. Think very carefully before making use of this platform. Chances are you will be out of pocket!
