Paid money-no goods received

Since an initial order and payment for goods placed with Manicaa, I have yet to receive a reply to many emails and phone call messages to them. As far as I am concerned this is theft-a payment was paid but no goods received and no explanation received. Hello Peter, how can I escalate this matter
