Paid in beginning September and still no refund or delivery

I ordered books at the beginning of September which they said would take 30 days for delivery. In October I tried to contact them but they do not respond to emails and do not answer calls no matter how long you hold. I contacted the bank to get the funds recalled but they said they can’t do it if it has been more than 30 days. On 16 November I received an email to say the books are out of stock and to send my account details for a refund. I sent them the same day and several times since but still no refund.
