Paid almost R10 000.00, and no goods delivered!

13/04/2023, Ordered Doctor's Bag, #***, R9 325,40. The same day, confirmation of payment was received, and processing + shipping will take 10-25/30 business days. Emailed numerous times, asking when delivery can be expected, but no response, and when phoning *** also numerous times, it says, your call can not be completed. About 2yrs ago, also ordered mugs from Manicaa, and I had no problem. In actual fact, one mug was broken when delivered, took a photo, and they replaced it. I was impressed with their service delivery!!! NOW? Paid almost R10 000,00!!! How do I get my money back? It's a lot of money!!!
