Overdue Refund Outstanding

I cancelled my order (No. 82524) after I had made the payment (R5160.00) on 12 Feb. 2023. On 13 Feb. 2023 I informed the company that I no longer was purchasing the item as it transpired that the item was a refurbished item and not new. Three emails later and I have not had a refund not have I even received a reply to my emails. Poor customer service.
