Ordered and paid for in stock Hardware. Out of stock after payment

So, my first post was removed for the following reason:

"The language used in this review is considered defamatory and breaches our content guidelines"

I order a product & pay for it. 1 Month later I try to find out where it is as the delivery originally stated 10 to 15 business days, then I get no reply from mails, but someone actually replies to the chat. Reply states that my product is out of stock... But when I ordered it was in stock. When I paid it was in stock.

So I ask on the chat for something they can replace it with. Chat goes silent. Manicaa goes silent. It's like no one is there anymore.

In simple terms: You order in stock parts. You pay for those parts. You wait. After delivery timelines passes, you enquire. You get told out of stock. You ask for a similar part. Nothing. You talk to people with the same issue, except they asked for refunds. No refunds received although Manicaa said they would refund in 7 working days.

There is a word for a business like this, but I am not allowed to say it.

You pay for something and never receive it or get the money back... That is the truth about this company.
