Order received but NO customer service

All in all happy that I got my package. Huge concern was that there was barley any communication from Manicaa. Only an order placement email. I couldn’t log into my profile or get a hold of anyone to help. Eventually I landed on the site yet again and started the Chat support once again. To my surprise, someone responded and told me that it will still be shipped. Still no way to track, I waited patiently...eventually I received communication from the courier company . Major lack of customer support. Outstanding courier service though.
