Order placed 6 months ago, and no delivery. Now struggling to get a refund of the payment made.

I ordered a rear winscreen wiper motor in August last year, and following delay after delay, I requested a refund of my money on the 25th of November, and have still not received it. Subsequently I have contact the consumer protection act to see whether they can assist.
