Order not received , manicaa ignoring emails

Ordered an item in October , told the delivery would be in November , NO delivery , no response to numerous emails, contact number just rings, onsite chat is ignored.

Only after a review on hellopeter was I mailed and told that there were supply problems estimated arrival time of 20 December. Order now still not received , emails still not being rep**** to . Customer service is non existent , manicaa has not honoured the financial contract they entered into by accepting payment for goods. I am still waiting for a response . .
