ORDER NOT RECEIVED DESPITE PAYMENT BEING MADE.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Manicaa.com The anticipated delivery date for my order is now over a month late and I still have not received any indication that the item was dispatched. I have called numerous times and the line automatically cuts off once I select my option from the automatic answering service, their Whatsapp number is also not operational. The lack of response and communication for an item I have already made payment for is completely unacceptable.

My order was placed for the “Morezi Cat Window Perch Hammock Cat Bed Kitty Sunny Seat Durable Pet Perch with Upgraded Version 4 Big Suction Cups Bed Holds Up to 60lbs-Double-Beige” which I have not received to date.

Hopefully I will receive some assistance following this review.

Why do we need to report the lack of assistance on a public forum, only to get one response and no feedback? This is extremely disappointing.

This is extremely disappointing.
Manicaa.com has promised to get back to me on numerous occasions regarding the feedback and progress of my order as well as the relevant tracking numbers.
To date, I have not received any communication.
My offices will be closing this week.
What would happen should there be a delivery and there's nobody to receive the goods? What would have happened in the event that I purchased all my Christmas gifts from Manicaa.com?
