Order not received

I am highly disappointed and unhappy I placed my order 26/08/2020 and they said I would receive it within 7 - 15 working days and I have not received my order. When I did a follow up they said there is a delay in delivery so I will only receive it on a week of 5-12 October 2020 I haven't received my order till now.
