I have waited nearly 3 months for a kayak paddle, I ordered it on the 27 July 2020. Paid R669. Then, I was told once payment cleared, that it would be given a tracking number between 21 to 28 September 2020, this never happened.... On contacting them via Facebook messenger, they corresponded with me, until the tracking number was not issued after the 28th September, now, no communication. Tried to phone their Midrand office. Calls just get dropped. I have been ****med...
