On-line woes.

I ordered a walking stick online from Manicaa. I paid the full amount including delivery. The money was subtracted from my bank account. Then Manicaa sent me an email saying that they are out of stock and would refund the money. Several messages and a few months down the line nothing happened. Then I heard other people had the same experience.
