Nothing received and no refund either

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered a chocolate pot in August 2022 already, and to date have received nothing. They stopped sending updates in December already. I have sent numerous requests asking for a refund and they have not even bothered to respond.

Now I must find the proof of payment, even though I have the email that says "thank you, payment received". Considering it was August 2022, now I have to physically go into the bank (finding a time when it is not loadshedding and I am not busy working, which is near impossible) to ask them to give me a copy of an old statement, as it is no longer available online (as it was so very long ago). Just another example of their terrible service.

I think the 5 star reviews are either paid for by them, or their staff members. **** company. Going to report them for ***** and theft if no refund received.
