Not worth it

i ordered scar wax at the end of september and was told it was gonna be delayed and that i should just respond to their email saying that i’m fine with that. it was expected to deliver in the week of i think 27 October - 4 November. i still haven’t received and no updates. i tried tracking it with the number but also no luck. can’t remember if i made an account since it was 2 months ago but can’t log in either.
