Not refunding...

I'm out of options here... I ordered a product from Manicaa in July which they subsequently informed me they do not have and that I would be refunded in 7-14 days... This is yet to happen. I've recieved a couple of apologies, but still no refund. When trying to call, I just get a robot telling me the business hours.

Since email communication is also just falling on deaf ears I figured I'd try this route, although I have my reservations as it relates to this platform.

I'd consider my options carefully before dealing with them.
