Not happy

I placed an order with Manicaa for 2 Christmas tree bags on 2 January 2022 and received my order number ***. On 7 January I received 2 Tracking numbers UA*** and UA***. On 10 January I received the notification that 301 is in transit and then delivered which I also received (Only one of the two bags I ordered was in the package). When I go onto the URL for 300 it shows delivered but I never received it. On 13 January I sent my first e-mail update request and nothing. Then the 19th, 21st, 29th and then the 3rd. On the 3rd I reverted to Hellopeter (my review got removed) but I received an e-mail from them about my review and I explained what my problem was and they did not reply after that. On the 4th I e-mailed again and again I am being ignored. You never receive any feedback with regards to your query. I have paid for goods that I have not received and I am not happy.
