Non-existing service

Their service is non existant. I ordered something in October / November 2022. I made a mistake with the order number. In December I managed to rectify t and I then receive an email stating it will be delivered after the 9th of January 2023. On the 28th of Febr 2023 I phoned them and I was informed the my package was ****** and that they will refund me. On the same day I send through my banking details and received an email that they send it through to the accounts dept. Its the 4th of April 2023... No package and no refund. No answer if you phone them. You go from caller 1 to caller 3 in line and they dont answer any of your emails.
