Non existing communication on outstanding order placed

Non existing communication on outstanding order placed on 15 December 2022. I sent numerous emails, made phone calls which wasn't answered and logdged a complaint where they rep**** on and promised to follow up and get back to me but needless to say didn't. I am still waiting for feedback on my outstanding order. This is unacceptable and I am going to open up a case against them now.
