NO STOCK - NO REFUND
I placed an order with Manicaa.com in September and on the 16th September they responded to my order saying the product ordered is not in stock. I was disappointed as this was not the first time they advertise something that is not in stock. The first time I ordered and product was not in stock, I received the refund within a few days. This time around, it’s been over 30 days and still no refund, emails are not responded to, when I do get a response…it’s promise after promise but no refund. I would like to warn everyone to be careful when placing an order with them as their service is unreliable and pathetic.

29 Oct 2021, 10:33The refund was finally processed after endless back and forth emails. I just hope that Manicaa will improve their customer service and keep track of their online store. It doesn’t help to have something online and not have it in stock. Thank you Manicaa for finally keeping to your end of the agreement.
