No service
I ordered A product through them which they never ordered. I demamlnded a refund after which they disappeared with my money. Emailed and called them for more than a month with no reply. This led me to the conclusion that they were *****ulant. Till today no refund and no promisary proof of refund. All my cellphone costs to their falsefied contact center and emails together with the damage suffered due to their non- delivery of service did cost me money. In short do not trust them

31 May 2022, 11:12This company is a *****ulant ****. They ***** your money without delivering any service. Unfortunately they have this Hallopeter platform also in their pocket. My previous complaints was was removed from this platform. This is very sad to me. I am still without my money and have no where else to turn. Police is already involved. Please dont trust Menacca and save yourself dispair.
