No responses.

After I had paid on the 28th Nov I received a mail saying the product is unavailable and I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 working days. I'm still waiting 3 weeks on. It is a large amount of money which I need for Christmas gifts, but now cannot buy. No response to my emails, messages, phone calls.
