No Response, No Refund
WE REQUIRE REFUND AND PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR ORDER NUMBER ***.
On 16 March 2020, we placed an order (Order No: ***) for a Weallnerse Infrared Forehead Digital Thermometer Gun at the price of R1300 and made payment the next day. We also provided the POP on the day of payment.
On 17 March 2020, Manicaa's support emailed us an update "OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT: REFUND". On the same day we sent our banking details for refund. We received no response.
On 19 March 2020, we requested the proof of payment be sent to us by email.
We are yet to receive any response.
All search results for Manicaa directs to Musika.com - can this be explained please.
