No reply after paying for items. Sign in registration and password deactivated.

Still waiting for items ordered and paid for on 23 April 2020. The email used to register does not work and trying to reset it is just as much a waste of time. I need the item to assist my daughter with her schoolwork and not getting a reply from this company is extremely poor service. They do not respond to any attempt made by me to communicate. They were very quick to take my money and have not delivered the item or any back up service. I have previously posted but Hello Peter removed it because saying what I think about the website is considered defamatory as I said they were deceiving customers.
