No refund on unavailable product

I have ordered and paid for something and was told the item is not available and I will be refunded. I made the payment on 03/02/2023 I never got refunded, only e-mails to state that I will be refunded. On my previous review on HelloPeter wich was removed, I got a message from Manicaa not to post negative info. My refund has been long outstanding
