No refund, after I have submitted my banking detais for a second time

I have ordered (Order number #***) an item, paid (R1850) for it. Then two days later they informed me that the item is out of stock and with the Corona virus, they cannot tell when they will have stock again. So they have asked my banking details for doing a refund. On the 30th of March 2020 I have enquired about this refund and all reaction I got, is to ask me to submit my banking details (for a second time), which I did on the same day. Now six days later, no refund, no communication from them!
