NO REFUND AFTER ALMOST 4 MONTHS

We ordered Ohuhu Alcohol-based dual-tip markers for my daughter as a birthday gift. The package finally arrived on 11 July but they delivered Lightwish Alcohol-based markers - a cheaper and inferior product. On 12 July 2020 I advised them of the mistake and sent a photo thereof. We requested a refund on 17 July as we received no response. To date being 27 October 2020 we have not received a refund or any indication as to how and when this will be sorted out. My advice: do not use them as you will have endless problems with receiving cheaper imitations of what you order and then being unable to either get the right product or your money back.
