No intention of fulfilling orders -stay away

I placed my order on 5th of November 2021 for a time-sensitive product. I wish I had read the reviews first - this company knows they cannot fulfil their orders and has sent a pathetic e-mail asking for a two month grace period. I asked for my money back but received no response.
