No goods, no refund and no word from Manicaa

I purchased an item from Manicaa last year December. Soon after the purchase and receipt of payment, they advised they out of stock and I would get refunded. It is now 10 months later and not a word from them and no refund. I was told that certain words couldn't be used to describe this business, so I will refrain from using those words. I'm sure most people reading this review would not want to pay for something and not receive the item and not receive a refund. And of course not receive any word from this supplier. I am not sure if they are actually a proper business. I would caution everyone to beware of buying from this business.
