No Good + No Refund

I have never received such bad service – does not even get the one star. I ordered and paid for my goods on the 1st October 2020 After many enquiries as to where my goods were – I was eventually told they do not have stack and would I be prepared to wait. I said I was - and still didn’t get anything. When I asked for a refund I was asked for my back details which I provided. To date I have followed up on so many occasions and now my account with them seems to be blocked. All I want is my products or the refund.
